The firm has been involved in the growth of the Emerald Coast community in a variety of levels since the firm was established in 1956.

Since 1962, we have provided continuous service to Northwest Florida schools and colleges, including the design and construction of at least 10 new elementary schools, one junior high, 3 high schools and numerous additions and renovations to existing buildings and numerous projects for Okaloosa Walton College, Gulf Coast Community College, Pensacola Junior College, and Chipola Community College.
Today the staff consists of two registered architects, three interns, one interior staff member and two administrative staff.
At Kendrick•David•Dowling, we take pride in our personal involvement and attention to every project. We remain committed to our firm's philosophy: the client's desires above all else. We work closely with our clients to ensure the project reflects their dreams, goals, and mission in the most comprehensive manner possible.
Although we participate in multi-state projects and serve large institutions, it is important to us that people in the community realize that we are not a big, corporate firm. The firm has grown with the community and reflects the positive impact and growth of the area.
