Our services include the traditional basic architectural services of Schematic Design, Design Development, Construction Documentation, Bidding & Negotiation, and Construction Administration. Kendrick David Dowling Architects provides traditional architectural services based upon the American Institute of Architects standard contract language and is recognized for our ability to provide high quality design documentation to contractors.
Master Planning Services:
A variety of clients have undertaken the examination of potential purchase of property through Kendrick David Dowling Architects’ Master Planning Services. Our services involve an active exchange of ideas between our client and firm to determine project needs and directions. Master planning includes analysis of existing codes and land use plans to identify potentials to support future development. Each Master Plan is the cornerstone for a design implementation plan that identifies long-range goals and objectives and funding requirements for future phases.

Space Programming is accomplished through a series of client workshops encompassing an intense solicitation of ideas between clients and Kendrick David Dowling Architects staff. The needs and requirements established are confirmed in Space Programming diagrams based on specific client desires and industry standards. A detailed program then becomes the basis for a building design to determine space needs for a new facility or expansion of an existing facility.
